The fierce lizardmen of Genocide are respectable opponents. They are fairly quick, agile, and strong in combat. They are a cold-blooded race, both literally, and figuratively. Their green reptilian hide is tougher than human skin, but not tough enough to protect them in combat. The most significant feature of a lizardman is its long, powerful tail, used in combat to strike enemies from unexpected angles. Lizardmen are also rumored to have a certain degree of night vision.

Below the tongue, lizardmen have a gland that forms their acidic saliva. This saliva can be spit quite long distances, doing up to 10 damage to enemies and the same amount to their armor. A lizardman can use this ability once every 20 seconds.

As members of the reptilian family, lizardmen possess a natural bond with other forms of reptiles. They often use this to their advantage, to dominate lesser forms of reptiles. This ability resembles the charm animal spell (see "help spell charm animal"), but it can only affect reptiles, and can only be used once a minute.
