Similar to the inspire spell in its application, this spell combines voice and insults with unique magic that infuriates an enemy. This rage causes the enemies to fight less effectively than normal. A person may be the target of only one enrage spell at a time, which lasts a minute. Enemies suffering from this spell receive a -5 penalty to dexterity, intelligence, and accuracy. If cast with "all", only enemies are affected.
