With this spell, the caster can breathe out a wave of icy breath, which will freeze an entire room. Anyone in the target room and any rooms inbetween will receive 1-50 points of damage. Archwizards are the masters of this spell, being able to cause it to affect only enemies, while leaving allies unscathed.
