As a magician of considerable tactical genius, the summoner does not rely on brute force or devastating spells to combat his enemies. Preferring the strength of superior numbers, the summoner has specialized in communication with, and translocation of, a wide variety of creatures. In addition to the relatively simple feat of transporting friends across the material plane, he is also able to call forth beings from most known planes of existence, including all four elemental planes. The most powerful summoners are even rumored to be able to coax dragons to do their bidding (less powerful summoners are rumored to be a regular part of dragons' diets). Time spent in laborious studies has conferred a superior intellect upon the summoner. Due to the physically demanding nature of his craft, the summoner does not suffer greatly as a physical combatant, although he is noticeably weaker than others of his kin.

Set drag aliases
Command: aliases [-d] [str1 str2 str3 ...]
The "aliases" command provides a quick tool for the summoner to set up convenient aliases to drag various team members. When used without any arguments, it sets up "cast drag <player>" aliases for the first ten players on your team (in order of last 15 C/D) as "1", "2", "3", etc, up through "0". With the "-d" argument, it uses "11", "22", "33", through "00" instead. If you supply your own custom strings, separated by spaces, it will use those instead. When setting the aliases, each team member who is assigned a number (or custom string) is told their number, and their "drag-call" variable is checked to perform an automatic alias set if applicable (see the "drag-call" section in "help variables").
